Tarn Food Consulting is offering an opportunity to understand the metrics and theory behind our innovative approach to new food and beverage product development-NPD(fb).
In sequential weekly seminars each lasting 45 minutes, we will focus on identifying and using specific tools to facilitate the mastering of the methodology, creative and systems thinking that are fundamental to mastering innovative food and beverage product development.
The course is divided into two distinct units. Both units are run as online seminars.
Unit One
An introduction for both new and experienced practitioners, to the fundamentals of food and beverage product development. Unit one is designed to suit culinary and food technology students, food and beverage start-ups, NPD and R&D team members and managers looking for a refresher, along with sole practitioners.
